Q: What is EasyReward?
A: EasyReward is a loyalty programme in Malaysia that rewards users for every top up with EasyParcel. You will earn EasyReward points through every top up from EP20. The more you top up inside EasyParcel for its services, the more exclusive rewards you can bring home with collected EasyReward points.
Q: Is there a maximum entry for EasyRewards Lucky Draw?
A: Yes, each user is limited to one entry with a minimum of RM100 top up per account only. However, you can increase your chances of winning EasyReward points by either activating integration or booking your parcel delivery with our courier partner, Pgeon.
Q: Where can I check my lucky draw entry?
A: Follow these simple steps to find out if you’ve entered our EasyReward Points Lucky Draw.
Step 1: Go to “Account” and click on “Statement“.
Step 2: Go to the “Top Up Invoice” tab.
Step 3: Check on the top up packages within 1st-31st July 2022. Maximum of 1 entry per user only.
Q: When will the EasyReward Points Lucky Draw winners be announced?
A: Lucky winners will be announced no later than 12th of August 2022. Do check out the winner announcement on our Facebook and Instagram pages (@easyparcel.my), so be sure to follow us to get first-hand updates. No worries, if you’ve won, EasyReward points will be added into your EasyParcel account within 7 – 10 working days after the announcement is made.
Q: Can I win more than 1 EasyReward points category?
A: Unfortunately, each account is given 1 winning chance only. Let us share the fortune with more people out there!
Q: What can I do with EasyReward points?
A: With EasyReward points, you can use them to redeem your favourite items, such as an iPhone 12, iMac, waffle marker, Dyson hair dryer and so on. On the other hand, you can also use it to empower needy communities via donation.
Q: Will my EasyReward points expire?
A: Yes, the expiry date of your EasyReward points is the same as your credit expiry date. Don’t let it go to waste, just make a new top up before the expiry date and you can bring forward both remaining credit and earned points to another 1 year.
Q: How can I earn EasyReward points to redeem the rewards?
A: With every RM1 top up, brings you 1 point. Make the amount top up of your choice and you will be given the same amount of points. For example, if you make a new top up of RM1,000, then you’ll be given 1000 points.
Q: How many times can I redeem the exclusive Home & Living products from EasyReward during 1st – 31st July 2022?
A: There is no redemption limit for any of the exclusive rewards as long as you have enough EasyReward points in your account.
Q: Will I be able to redeem the exclusive Home & Living products from EasyReward after 31st July 2022?
A: Unfortunately, no. These rewards will only be around during the month of July, so make sure to grab them with your earned points before it’s gone!
Q: How long will it take for our redeemed rewards to be delivered?
A: It takes 2 – 4 weeks upon redemption for us to dispatch your goodies to your doorstep – and the shipping is on us! You’ll get notified via email/SMS when we are on our way.
