STEP 2: Click “Add New Store” and click on “QuickSend”.

STEP 3: Fill in all the details.

Step 4: Fill in all necessary details and click submit. From here, you can choose either “Cheapest Service” which system will automatically select the courier comes with cheapest rate, or select your own preferable courier company such as PosLaju, Skynet, Nationwide by selecting “Courier Company”. However, you will be automatically assigned to “Cheapest Service” if your destination is not covered by your selected courier company.

Step 5 (Optional): You can enable payment gateway for buyers to pay directly via QuickSend form. Be sure to fill up the product name, price and the shipping charges before proceeding with a click on the “Next Step” button.[/vc_column_text][vc_message]A 5% transaction fee will be applied for each order that paid via payment gateway of QuickSend[/vc_message][vc_column_text]Step 6: Fill in your bank details here, such as name, account number, and account holder name. 

Step 7: Upload your company logo and add in a remark to your customers. From here, you can choose either send by “Cheapest Service” which system will automatically select the courier that comes with the cheapest rate, or select by “Courier Company” at your own, such as Pos Laju, Pgeon, Skynet and so on. 

Step 8: You can also enable marketing tools such as AWB Branding, Custom Tracking SMS and Custom Tracking Email to upsell or cross-sell your existing customers.

Copy and send the integration form link to your customer.

Step 2: Buyer fill in the delivery details and click “confirm & submit”.

Step 2a: If you’ve enabled payment gateway in your QuickSend form, your customers will need to pay either via credit/debit card or online banking after a click on the “Confirm & Proceed Payment” button. 

Step 3: Click “Orders Imported”. To forward your order to payment, select your desired order or all order using the check box given. Do key in your “collection date” and you may choose to “drop off your parcel at Pgeon point instead of to be picked up by the courier”.

Step 4: Click “Merge Orders” to merge your order if the orders have the same address and you will be directed to payment process.
