Maximum dimension is L + 2W + 2H =300cm, with greatest dimension not exceeding 150cm on one side.

A size surcharge of S$5.50 will be imposed if your parcel size exceeds 60cm x 40cm x 30cm. The surcharge will be charged to your EasyParcel account.

S$75 will be charged for shipment exceeding 150cm on any side or shipment with L+ 2W+ 2H exceeding 300cm.

• Additional S$3 surcharge is applicable for shipment that is fragile or with improper packaging.
• For unsuccessful delivery, small parcel (up to 42cm x 37cm x 61cm) will be sent to POPStation, recipient will be notified via SMS to collect it within 3 calendar days. For larger items, 2 re-delivery attempts will be done.
• All services are not available to P.O Box areas and restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.

• Please be informed that once order booking has been made, there’ll be no changes on the collection and delivery details. EasyParcel and courier company will not be held responsible for wrong details that was entered by sender and no refunds will be given in this instance.
