Service is strictly for delivery purpose only (Does not include additional services) and no more than 10 minutes waiting time is allowed.<\/p>\n

Additional $5 will be imposed for every block of 15 minutes waiting time.<\/p>\n

The Proof of Delivery is available only via digitally online and is not available on any signing on paper.<\/p>\n

UrbanFox provides two delivery attempts per shipment. Shipment will be returned to sender if both attempts fail.<\/p>\n

Any shipment to NTUC \/ Unity needs to be attached with an invoice.<\/p>\n

Package will need to have the fragile sticker if the item is fragile. UrbanFox will not be liable if the item is damaged.<\/p>\n

All services are not available for restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.<\/p>\n

Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher. VM also applies if either one dimension is above 30cm.
