On top of the auto-applied Basic Insurance, you can easily file for an extra nett RM50 coverage in the event of a damaged or lost parcel. View more about InsurePlus here.
You get free parcel lost coverage with Basic Insurance and InsurePlus. If you’re delivering expensive items and wish to get up to RM10,000 coverage, you can pay an extra of 2% - 5% of your parcel value with EasyCover.

We offer 3 types of shipping insurance coverage, which are Basic Insurance, InsurePlus and EasyCover.
Basic Insurance will be automatically applied to all parcels for free, but users can claim extra reimbursements by applying for InsurePlus for domestic shipments. To claim up to RM10,000, kindly select EasyCover when booking for a shipment.
Head over to your dashboard and click on ‘All Parcels’ in the left menu. Select ‘Parcel Status’, locate your parcel tracking number and click on the 3-line-icon on the far right. Select ‘Report’ and proceed with the details.
